POLICY FOR RETURN ITEMS
1. The BUYER must submit the photo of the item that HE/SHE is complaining within the day of the receipt of the package by sending us a personal message at https://www.facebook.com/JenerOnlineDivisoria
2. Wrong Item
After the Jen and Ren cs-rep confirmed that the item was wrong
a. The BUYER must shipped the wrong item to the buyer the following day, it should be in a good condition with the original packaging. Shipping cost will be divided equally between the BUYER and SELLER.
b. When the SELLER received the item in good condition, the SELLER will give the cost of the item and the 1/2 cost of the SF via store credit (meaning less on the next order of the BUYER).
3. Damaged Item
After the Jen and Ren cs-rep confirmed that he/she received the complete details of the damaged item.
a. The BUYER must shipped the damaged item to the buyer the following day, it should be in the condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and all tags attached. Shipping cost will be divided equally between the BUYER and SELLER.
b. When the SELLER received the item and confirmed that it was a factory defect, the SELLER will give the cost of the item and the 1/2 cost of the SF via store credit. Meaning less on the next order of the BUYER.
c. BUT when the SELLER confirmed that the item has been tampered (Sinadyang sirain) just because the BUYER is not satisfied with the quality or the item doesn't fit on her/him, the SELLER will shipped the item back to the BUYER and the BUYER will be responsible for the shipping costs of the item on both directions.
Note: SELLER has a CCTV at the packaging section where they can confirmed if the item packed was in good condition and the damage was done by the BUYER in purpose.
